How often should I have Reflexology?
Regular treatments are the best way for your body to benefit from this balanced environment. Sessions can be weekly, fortnightly or monthly.
If you have no health concerns and are using Reflexology as a preventative healthcare option, then monthly treatments are recommended. If you are going through a particularly stressful time and/or have health concerns and pain, then a treatment weekly or fortnightly would be beneficial.
Start with one treatment and assess your response. Discuss and plan your second treatment based on your response and what works best for you. Over time, most clients move to regular monthly treatments, however, life always has ups and downs and you will know yourself if you feel out of balance and require some relaxation to reset your system and regain wellbeing.
