About

Meet Cathy

Cathy discovered reflexology at The College of Natural Medicine in Christchurch. One treatment left her amazed at how relaxed yet energised she felt.

That first session led to a diploma and a practice she has run since 2010. She has never stopped learning. Her postgraduate training spans facial reflexology with Lone Sorensen, lymphatic drainage with Sally Kay and much more.
